How it all began

BODHI was born on January 15, 2023 in Lima, Peru , but its story began long before that.

For years I searched for a tool to help me manage myself better under pressure. As a competitive surfer, I found myself too often held back by my own internal state: frustration, stress, mental blocks. There came a point when I stopped competing, not for lack of ability, but because I didn't know how to manage my mind and emotions in crucial moments.

My life changed when I discovered the Wim Hof Method . The practice of cold exposure, breathing, and focus became a tool for self-discovery that transformed my relationship with myself: I learned to regulate my nervous system, break down mental barriers, and live with more clarity. From that moment on, I knew I wouldn't stop sharing it, so that no one else would have to give up on their dreams for not knowing how to manage their inner world.

In a world that overloads the body and mind, we help people regain their energy, focus, and reach their peak performance through simple and effective tools: cold, heat, and breathing.

The meaning of BODHI

The name BODHI comes from the tree where Buddha attained enlightenment.

For us, BODHI represents a space where you find tools to enlighten yourself : practices that connect you with yourself, break down physical and mental barriers, and show you what you are made of to achieve what you set your mind to.
